Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Guests staying beyond the stated check-out time or delaying our cleaning staff will be liable for all associated costs and expenses.
Guests are not allowed to reserve or book in their city of residence. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.

Smoking, parties, commercial use (such as prostitution) and excessive noise are not permitted. Violations of the ban are subject to a fine of €300 plus the costs of cleaning, ozone treatment, deodorization and repair of damage.

Commercial photography/videography without written consent and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Overnight guests exceeding the number stated in the booking are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us prior to their stay.
Guests are responsible for replacing lost keys, key cards, key fobs or parking permits.

Guests assume full responsibility for any damage, injury or loss that occurs on the property and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to the host.

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to abide by the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules will be liable for any related damages, fees, costs or expenses.

Use of the washing machine is only possible for a fee. The washing machine is the property of the building community. The owner assumes no liability for this.

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The owner is not liable for any outage.
