House Rules

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond the designated check-out time or delay our cleaning staff will be responsible for any associated costs and expenses.
• Guests are not permitted to book accommodations in their place of residence. Please contact us if you are booking within your own city.
• Smoking, parties, commercial use (such as prostitution), and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Violations of these rules are subject to a €300 fine, plus additional charges for cleaning, ozone treatment, deodorization, and damage repairs.
• Commercial photography/videography without written consent and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Overnight guests exceeding the number stated in the booking are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay.
• Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, key fobs, or parking permits.
• Guests assume full responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss occurring on the premises and its facilities. Any property damage must be reported to the host.
• Booking this accommodation constitutes an agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules will be responsible for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
• Use of the washing machine is subject to an additional fee. The washing machine is the property of the residential community, and the owner assumes no liability for its use.
• Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. However, the owner is not liable for any outages.
